Industrial & Multi Family Demand for industrial space continues to be extremely strong, with historically low vacancy levels across Canada (Q2 2022 nation al vacancy declined to 1.2%, a new record low). Absorption was slightly lower than in Q1 2022 but asking and achieved rental rates continue to rise. While development is taking place, there continues to be a scarcity of development sites, with land pricing in several cities hitting record levels.
